The Testing Center proctors paper-based and computer-based exams for other educational institutions and private corporations. We administer these exams in adherence to the proctoring requirements of your institution. Fee The fee is $50.00 per test for an unlimited time period. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The fee covers handling of the examination consistent with the sound testing procedures and the instructions from the home institution; completion of any and all forms; mailing the examination and actual supervision while taking the test. This policy applies to everyone requesting this service, including Fort Lewis College students. Method of Payment We accept cash, personal check or money order and credit card on the day of the test. Individual Appointment Times See Hours of Operation. ID Requirements You must show a current photo ID on the day of the exam (driver's license or student ID). Request Proctoring To request proctoring services, complete the Proctor Request Form. Distance Learning Non-FLC students and community members may use the secure environment of the FLC Testing Center to take any tests they need to. Fill out the attached Distance Learning Request Form and after completing it, you can notify your home institution to send all test materials to the Testing Center. An appointment confirmation will be sent to via email. Remote Proctor If you are a FLC student, but not in the Durango area and need to take a test, it is your responsibility to arrange for a proctor at a post-secondary institution. Please fill out the attached Remote Proctor Request Form. Once you have submitted the name and email of your proctor, the FLC Testing Center Coordinator will contact the proctor, and send him/her the Proctor Agreement Form. When verification is complete and all funds and paperwork have been received, all test materials will be mailed to your proctor. Questions?
